DAY 1: ARRIVE KOLKATA
Arrival Kolkata airport. Meet and greet at the airport and transfer to hotel.

DAY 2: IN KOLKATA- BHUBANESWAR – by Train
After breakfast visit St. Paul’s Cathedral which was consecrated in 1847. It is a tall white Gothic building with a stained glass window by Burne Jones.After that visit Missionary Centre of Mother Teresa, Goddess Kali Temple (Dakshineshwar Kali Temple), built in 1847, on the banks of the Hooghly, north of Kolkata. After lunch visit Victoria Memorial which is a massive domed building of white marble from Rajasthan. It was inaugurated in 1921 by the Prince of Wales. Then visit Indian Museum, established on 2nd Feb 1814. The museum is particularly famous for its zoological and geological collections. Also visit Botanical Garden, the oldest in the country. The main attraction is the 250 year old banyan tree with nearly 2,000 aerial roots, making it the largest tree of its kind in the world. After dinner transfer to railway station for Bhubaneswar bound train.

DAY 3: IN BHUBANESWAR
Arrive Bhubaneswar. It is the modern capital of Orissa, popularly known as the temple city of India. It boasts of a cluster of some 500 temples still standings on their own, ranging from 46mt high, Lingaraj to the lovely miniature ones. A complete study of the Kalinga style of architecture from its very inception to perfection spreading over nearly two thousand years is epitomized in the monuments of Bhubaneswar. After breakfast visit the 7th century Parasuramesvar Temple and the 10th century Muktesvara Temple and later on explore twin rock-cut caves Udaygiri and Khandagiri which date back to 1st and 2nd century B.C

DAY 4: BHUBANESHWAR – PURI DRIVE (56 KM)
Morning depart and drive to Puri. En-route visit 13th century sun temple Konark (the Sun’s corner). Arrive and check in at hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure at beach side.

DAY 5: IN PURI
Puri is famous world over for its Sri Jagannath temple, sited on the Bay of Bengal, it is one of the four holiest cities in India. It is famous for itsAnnual RathYatra (the car festival). The temple itself is not open to Non-Hindus, but we can take a view of the temple through roof-top viewing positions. Full day at leisure to explore the town and relax on the beach.

DAY 6: PURI – BHUBANESWAR DRIVE (56KM)
BHUBANESWAR – HYDERABAD FLY
In the morning, after breakfast drive back to Bhubaneswar airport for Hyderabad bound flight. On arrival transfer to hotel. Day at leisure for personal activities.

DAY 7: IN HYDERABAD
In the morning visitCharminar, Mecca Masjid, Salarjung Museum andChowmoullah Palace.The Charminar is as much the signature of Hyderabad as theTaj Mahal is of Agra or the Eiffel Tower is of Paris. Mohammed QuliQutb Shah, the founder of Hyderabad, built Charminar in 1591 at the centre of the original city layout.Four graceful minarets soar to a height of 48.7mts above the ground. Charminar has 45 prayer spaces and a mosque in it. Visitors can view the architectural splendour inside the Charminar. Mecca Masjid is a mosque so named because the bricks were brought from Mecca to build the central arch. Mecca Masjid is poetry in stone. Towards the southern end of the mosque lies the marble graves of members of the AsafJahi dynasty. Salarjung Museum houses one of the biggest one-man collections of antiques of the world by Mir Yousuf Ali Khan, Salar Jung III. The objects d’art include Persian carpets, Moghal miniatures, Chinese porcelain, Japanese lacquerware, famous statues including the Veiled Rebecca and Marguerite. Chowmoullah Palace built by theNizamsbetween 1857-1869, is a heritage building. The complex comprises four palaces in Moghal and European styles. In the evening visit Golkonda Fort &QutubShahi Tombs. Golkonda Fort is one of the famous forts of India. The fort is famous for its acoustics, palaces, ingenious water supply system and the famous FatehRahben gun, one of the cannons used in the last siege of Golconda by Aurangzeb.QutubShahi Tombs were planned and built by the QutubShahis themselves. These tombs are said to be the oldest historical monuments in Hyderabad. They form a large group and stand on a raised platform. The tombs are built in Persian,Pathan and Hindu architectural. It is the only one of its kind in the world where an entire dynasty has been buried at one place.

DAY 8: HYDERABAD – GULBERGA DRIVE (215 KM)
In the morning drive to Gulbarga. Gulbarga Fort is a magnificent structure with 13 towers and 26 guns. To the southern entrance of the fort is a group of royal tombs. Inside the fort is the Jumma Masjid, built on the lines of the great Mosque of Cardova of Spain.

DAY 9: GULBERGA – BIJAPUR DRIVE (160 KM)
In the morning drive to Bijapur. It has many places of Historical, Cultural and Architectural interest. Visit GolGumbaz. The tomb of Mohammed Adil Shah, boasts of the second-largest tomb in the world. It is 44 m in diameter and the interior of the dome is mysteriously unsupported and has a whispering gallery under it, whose acoustics are superb. Then visit Jumma Masjid. It is still used for worship, has been called one of the first mosques in India. It holds an exquisite copy of the Quran, written in gold.

DAY 10: BIJAPUR – BADAMI DRIVE (160 KM)
In the morning after breakfast drive to Badami.It is a sleepy little town on a red sandstoneridge. Go for a half day city tour of Badami. Visit its famous four cave temples – all hewn out of sand stone on the precipice of a hill.The four cave temples represent the secular nature of the rulers then, with tolerance and a religious following that inclines towards Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.

DAY 11: IN BADAMI
In the morning drive to Aihole. Here visitthe temple of durga, Chamnundi Devi trampling the buffalo demon Narasimha and aspects of Shiva abound here. There are 50 temples within the fort walls and 50 outside-instances of Hoysala, Buddhist, Jain, Dravida, Nagara and Rekhanagara styles. Then drive toPattadakal. Visit the delicately chiselled, rich in detail, and thePapanatha, Virupaksha and Mallikarjuna temples. Drive back to Badami.

DAY 12: BADAMI – HOPSET DRIVE (180 KM)
Morning after breakfast drive to Hospet. It is the perfect base for visiting Hampi ruins. Arrive Hospet. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Then visit Hampi which is a World Heritage Centre. It was the capital of one of India’s most formidable empires, the powerful Vijayanagara. The ruins spread over an area of more than 26 sq.kms. The best way to experience this World Heritage Site is to take a leisurely stroll through the eloquent ruins.

DAY 13: HOSPET-GOA DRIVE (300KM)
Morning after breakfast drive to Goa. On arrival transfer to hotel. Goa is a one-time Portuguese colony on the Arabian Sea.On arrival, transfer to hotel.
Evening relax at Beach.

DAY 14: IN GOA
After breakfast, leave for South Goa sightseeing to visit Dona Paula, Miramar Beach, Old Goa Churches, Bom Jesus Basilica, Se Cathedral Ponda, Margaon City and Colva Beach.

DAY 15: GOA-MUMBAI FLY
In the morning, after breakfast, transfer to airport for Mumbai bound flight. On arrival, explore Mumbai city, that includes, drive pass by Marine Drive, Dhobi Ghat, VT Station, ChowpattyandGateway of India andMani Bhawan. Mani Bhawan presently functions as a Gandhi memorial. It used to be the Mumbai residence of Mahatma Gandhi. Also visit Hanging Garden,Raja Bhai Clock Tower andParsee ‘Towers of Silence’ on Malabar Hill.

DAY 16: DEPARTURE
In the morning, transfer to international airport for onward journey.
