DAY 1: ARRIVE DELHI
Arrive Delhi International Airport, after meet and greet by local tour manager, transfer to hotel.

DAY 2: IN DELHI
After breakfast depart for full day city tour of Delhi. Begin with a visit to Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the nation was cremated in 1948. Thereafter proceed to the magnificent Red Fort (closed on Mondays) built of red sandstone, dating from the very peak of the Mughal power. Then, Rickshaw Ride through Chandni Chowk. After that, visit to black and white onion domes and minarets of the Jama Masjid, the most elegant mosque in India. After Lunch, drive past Rashtrapati Bhavan (the Presidential Palace) and the Secretariat buildings – the centre of Government activity, down to the impressive Rajpath (the main avenue), to the World War I memorial arch, India Gate, the High Court Building and the Old Fort. Visit Humayun’s Tomb built in 1565 AD by his grieving widow Haji Begum, the Qutub Minar, a 72 metres high minaret and the ruins of Quwat-ul-Eslam (Light of Islam) Mosque. Here, see Delhi’s most curious antique, the uncorroded Iron Pillar, which dates back to the 4th century AD.

DAY 3: DELHI– JAIPUR DRIVE (260 KM)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur, also called the Pink City. Jaipur was first painted terracotta pink by Maharajah Sawai Ram Singh to celebrate the visit of Prince Albert in 1853. Jaipur is named after its founder, the warrior and astronomer sovereign, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh (ruled 1688 to 1744).

DAY 4: IN JAIPUR
In the morning visit former capital of Jaipur, the Amber Fort, just 11 km north of the city, with its honey-colored fortress-palace in the Aravalli Hills. Enjoy an elephant ride along (if Operational) the fortress ramparts. Walk into the Sheesh Mahal and admire the amazing interior décor thought of over 200 years ago. Inside, The Hall of Victory presents a galaxy of decorative art panels of alabaster with fine inlay work. After lunch we will explore Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds),Jantar Mantar (Jai Singh’s Observatory) built in the 17th century by the founder of Jaipur who was a prince, soldier, astronomer and builder, City Palace now a museum exhibiting fine Rajput and Moghul paintings, rare manuscripts and an armory.

DAY 5: JAIPUR-AGRA DRIVE (231KM)
After breakfast depart and drive to Agra. En route visit Fateh-Pur-Sikri, an epic poem in red sandstone. It was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and deserted 14 years later due to lack of water. The main attraction are The Diwan-e- Khas and The Diwan-e-Am (a courtyard arranged like a gigantic game board, where the Emperor played chess using slave girls as pawns). Drive continued to Agra.

DAY 6: IN AGRA
Early in the morning we make a sunrise visit of Taj Mahal (closed to visitors on Fridays), the most extravagant monument ever built for love. On the death of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, Moghul Emperor Shah Jehan built her this memorial over which 20,000 men labored for 22 years to create a masterpiece in white marble inlaid with semi-precious stones. After breakfast visit Agra Fort (lal Qila) where Shah Jehan spent the last years of his life, imprisoned by his son Aurangzeb. The Peacock throne (now in Iran) was in this fort, before being moved to Delhi by Emperor Aurangzeb.

DAY 7: AGRA –BHOPAL BY TRAIN
In the morning transfer to railway station for Bhopal bound train. On arrival transfer to hotel. Later visit local market and remaining day at leisure.

DAY 8: IN BHOPAL
After Breakfast visit Bhojpur temple having largest shiva-linga of 7 ft. hight. Bhojpur is a small town on the bank of Betwa River. After visiting Bhojpur temple, proceed to UNESCO World Heritage site: Bhimbetka rock shelters. These rock-shelters offer pre-historic rock paintings to examine.
After lunch visit another UNESCO World Heritage Site called Sanchi Stupa, The Stupas of Sanchi were constructed on the orders of Emperor Ashoka to preserve and spread the Buddhist philosophy.

DAY 9: BHOPAL – UJJAIN – INDORE DRIVE (250 KM)
Morning after breakfast drive to Indore. En route visit holy city Ujjain. It is an ancient city in western Madhya Pradesh, on the bank of Kshipra river. It is known as important pilgrimage city for followers of Hindu religion. Visit Mahakaleshwar temple of Ujjain is one of the 12 jyotirlinga of India. Here Kumbh mela is held in every 12 years. Then visit Mahakaal temple, Ved Shala (observatory), Sandipani ashram, Chintaman Ganesh temple, Iskcon temple, Jain temples, Kalabhairav temple, Bhadrakali temple etc. In afternoon drive continued to Indore. On arrival transfer to hotel.

DAY 10: INDORE – MANDU DRIVE (90KM)
After breakfast, leave for the “City of Joy” called Mandu or Mandavgad. It is a ruined city celebrated for its fine architecture. On arrival transfer to hotel. Later visit Roopmati pavallion, Buland Darwaza (Darwaza means Gate), Jahaz Mahal, Hindola Mahal, Jami Masjid, Baz Bahadur Mahal, Rewa Kund, Hoshang Shah Tomb and Echo point.

DAY 11: MANDU – MAHESHWAR DRIVE (65 KM)
After breakfast drive towards pilgrimage town Maheshwar, the holy town on the banks of Narmada River. On arrival transfer to hotel. Later visit Maheshwar fort, Rajarajeshwara Temple, Kaleshwara Temple, Narmada Ghats and manufacturing units of Maheshwari Silk Sarees (Indian women’s traditional outfit).

DAY 12: MAHESHWAR- OMKARESHWAR DRIVE (8OKM)
OMKARESHWAR – JALGAON DRIVE (270KM)
After breakfast drive to the beautiful holy island town called Omkareshwar. On arrival visit the confluence of Narmada & Kaveri Rivers. In the afternoon drive continued to Jalgaon on arrival transfer to hotel.

DAY 13: JALGAON – AJANTA DRIVE (80KM)
AJANTA – AURANGABAD DRIVE (120KM)
After breakfast drive to Ajanta caves, the famous archaeological masterpiece that has earned the status of World Heritage Site. Known for its prehistoric caves, gorgeous locations, towering sculptures and breath-taking caves, Ajanta Caves will not fail to enchant you during your Aurangabad Tour. In afternoon drive continued to Aurangabad. On arrival transfer to hotel.

DAY 14: AURANGABAD – MUMBAI FLY
Morning after breakfast visit Ellora Caves, a great archaeological masterpiece that has been awarded the status of World Heritage Site. Visit all the 34 Buddhist monasteries, Jain Shrines and Hindu Temples at Ellora. While returning to the hotel, visit the famous Daulatabad Fort and Bibi Ka Makbara. After lunch visit the famous Daulatabad Fort and Bibi-ka-Makbara. In the evening transfer to airport for Mumbai bound flight. On arrival transfer to hotel.

DAY 15: IN MUMBAI – DEPARTURE
In the morning, after breakfast, explore Mumbai city, that includes, drive pass by Marine Drive, Dhobi Ghat, VT Station, Chowpatty andGateway of India andMani Bhawan. Mani Bhawan presently functions as a Gandhi memorial. It used to be the Mumbai residence of Mahatma Gandhi. Also visit Hanging Garden,Raja Bhai Clock Tower andParsee ‘Towers of Silence’ on Malabar Hill. In late evening transfer to international airport for onward journey.
